AUTOMATIC DEPOSITION CONTROL GENERAL’s unique closed-loop automatic deposition control system guarantees that the desired coating thickness and correct evaporation conditions are maintained during the metallizing process. A multi-point, non-contact deposition monitor continuously measures the aluminum profile across the full width of the metallized film. This data is fed back to the process computer, which automatically adjusts individual wire feed rates and power, to the evaporators thus controlling the coating process.
