HIGH SPEED, LARGE ROLL SLITTER REWINDER Ideal for both plain & metallized film The ATLAS CW800 is the most successful secondary slitter rewinder in the ATLAS portfolio. It is an individual station centre winder, suitable for both plain & metallized films. The maximum running speed of the machine is 1000 m/min. The modular design of this machine enables easy change of unwind options, slitting systems and machine accessories such as edge trim systems and finished roll handling.
Metallized film		The design of this centre winder uses the same principles and technology as the larger ATLAS primary film slitters, which are supplied at up to 10 meters in web width. Finished roll handling systems are also available, according to customers’ specific requirements.
More than 45 ATLAS CW800 slitter rewinders are now working with metallizers, cast film lines and also as stand-alone secondary slitter rewinders world-wide. The configuration of the ATLAS CW800 secondary slitter rewinder has been re-worked in order to operate in harmony with the GENERAL K5000 metallizer.
